We just wanted to
drop a little note to let you know of some changes that are taking place in our office.
We are extremely excited about our new computer system, EVET PRACTICE, that is allowing us to move from paper to digital charts. With this transition, we are also able to send out email reminders
and confirmations.
You will receive two emails: 1 week and 48 hours prior to your appointment. We only need you to confirm one of those emails. Once we see you are confirmed, we can note it on the calendar.
If you have an appointment with us and do NOT see an email, please check your SPAM folder and contact us if you are unable to find it.
We are extremely grateful for the growing interest in holistic veterinary care. However, because we are Birmingham's primary
provider, we are booking out several months in advance. We have a long cancelation list of clients needing to get in, so we appreciate any prior notice to a canceled appointment.
Also, if you know your pet has a trigger season in spring, summer or fall, now would be a good time to schedule
that so we can make sure we get you in on time.
We also want to notify you that we will close early~ 4:00 pm, next Thursday. If you need any supplements, please contact us and we will make arrangements accordingly.
We have been invited to speak to the Pre-Veterinary Medical Association at Auburn. We are hoping to spark some more interest in holistic veterinary care.
