Dear Pet Parent,
We all want our pets to avoid serious health problems but it's easy to let important exams slide when we get busy with life. The TCVM (Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine) is
an exam helps find imbalances in your pet.
When do pets get imbalances?
Winter - Kidney & Urinary Bladder from 3pm to 7pm (Water)
Spring - Liver & Gall Bladder from 11pm to 3am (Wood)
Summer - Heart & Small Intestine from 11am to 3pm (Fire)
Summer - Pericardium & Triple Heater from 9 pm to 11pm (Fire)
Late Summer - Spleen (Pancreas) & Stomach from 7am to 11am (Earth)
Autumn - Lung & Large Intestine from 3am to 7am
(Metal)
Each organ or element has a time of day when it functions optimally and a season of the year when it is most vulnerable to imbalances. If a problem occurs during those hours or during that season, it may alert a TCVM practitioner to an imbalance occurring in that organ system. If the imbalance can be recognized and treated early, serious future problems may be averted.
How can a TCVM exam help improve my pet's health?
- When we perform a TCVM exam we can spot imbalances early on.
- The results can help guide us to the proper supplements and diet needed to keep your pet healthy through their life.
